Custom Orders

Custom greeting card orders require approval of the design before production begins. Once approved, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded. A deposit may be required for custom work.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
